Does anyone have a good parve one? Don't know why I'm having so much trouble finding a good recipe, they all have sour cream and I need it to be parve. No pumpkin, no banana, etc. Thanks!

Never mind, I figure I'll use the mocha recipe from here and substitute the cup of coffee for a cup of almond milk.

If you didn't bake the cake yet, I love this easy recipe:
1 c. margarine
2 c sugar
1 1/2 t. vanilla
Cream together
add:
3 eggs
3 c. flour
2 t. baking powder
1/4 c. orange juice
3/4 c. water
1 1/2 c. MINI chocolate chips (I've tried regular sized chocolate chips and it came out delicious but stuck to the pan. Not very pretty!)
Bake in Bundt pan for 1 hr @ 350 deg.

2 c sugar
2 c flour
1 heaping tsp baking powder
1 c oil
6 eggs
1 TBS almond extract
1 tsp vanilla
chocolate syrup
3/4 c chocolate chips
mix everything except chocolate syrup and chocolate chips together for 12 minutes. pour all but 1 cup of batter into well greased bundt pan. mix reserved batter with chocolate syrup. pour over batter and stir to marbleize. drop choc chips on top. bake 350 for 1 hr.
