Yup. It was "Beam me up" or "4 to beam up, or some other variation.

I read that. I always thought it was used as well.

re the "beam me up, scotty" trivia.... the closet they ever got was in 2 episodes's of TAS "Beam us up, Scotty" but there is a debate among trekkies if TAS is cannon...

Yes, Spock had a human mother, but he was raised on Vulcan and generally identified more with his Vulcan heritage.
