I hurt my ankle and have to wear flat shoes for the next while but I have some weddings and bar mitzvahs coming up. Can anyone help me find black dressy flat shoes? (No open toes) Everything looks week-day-ish.... Thanks!

After foot surgery last year I refused to wear sneakers to simchas. I bought a nice pair of flats at Payless for about $20 and they were great while my feet were still swollen. Now they fall off my feet but they served a purpose when I really needed them.
They're black ballet flats with a patent leather toe. Very comfortable & did the trick.

I hope I posted the link correctly-lands end bailey embellished ballet shoes.
They say they run small but the most recent reviewer also hurt her ankle, needed dressy flats and loved them in a 1/2 size bigger than usual. Plus, they are on sale!

thanks everyone. I really like the Michael kors ones but they are so expensive! Are plain patent leather flats really appropriate for a wedding??
