Looking to not break the bank but still get a very good fit on the shoe, most I can spend is 75. Which store in lakewood is my best option?
Thanks!

Shoe "fitting" is a myth. Anyone can tell if a shoe fits on a child.

I buy all my kids shoes at Clark's. They have a line which they call first shoes. I stock up when they go on sale for $30.

A Shoe Dream, make sure Mr. Goldstein fits your kid, he's the best fitter in town. And no, not "anyone" can tell if a shoe fits, my kids have hard-to-fit feet and they've been fitted improperly at other stores.

ITA. Its a way stores can charge a bundle. Stride Rite Outlet is great as well, btw. I havent spent more than $30. Quality shoes that last for a long time and grow with your kids foot. Also a great return policy. Why does it seem to be a frum thing to spend tons of money on leather european shoes? Stride rite all the way!

Shoe fitting must be a talent that I don't have. I've wasted a lot of money and time trying to do it myself.

I got first shoes last year for less than 75 at Royal Family South. And I don't know if this is seasonal, but a while back (about 6 months ago) I got nice shoes on sale at Sole Connection.
