which I never get but have a bumper crop of post Purim. So now I'm thinking of all those scrumptious recipes that I never bothered looking at because I don't use Vc. I tried serving it plain, didn't go over. Does anyone have a fairly simple, nice dessert I can try this week? TIA!!!

Layer 1: Melt any pareve vanilla ice cream and place into pie crust. (I make my own ice cream though)
Freeze.
Layer 2. equal amounts of: Karo syrup, chocolate syrup and peanut butter and then crunch up VC and put on top (for one pie maybe use a 1/3 of a cup. it's very rich don't want to be too thick of a layer but want to be covering whole ice cream generously)
It's heaven!!!

Coarsely chop and use instead of chocolate chips in your favorite CC cookie recipe. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and frozen berries.

Thanks!
To everyone opening this thread: Don't let these fine suggestions stop you. I may have enough for more than one recipe.

Viennese crunch mouse pie from the pupa cookbook. Or there's a trifle bowl. Both are heavenly delicious

There is a parve cheesecake that calls for this in Chic. Really delicious!
