Hi! Looking for info on how to add an infant onto Jersey care that was born in Israel?
your help is greatly needed and appreciated!

It shouldn't matter where the baby is born, as far as I know it only matters where the baby lives. You should probably call Jersey Care and ask them, but I would think as long as you have a valid birth certificate, and proof of address, you should be fine.

I thought you need to be usa citizen to get jersey care? its government funded, no? I dont believe they would put anyone who decides to come to usa and hey I need medical coverage. just saying I dont really know

I assumed that if she was adding her baby, op, or her other children, were already on Jersey Care, in which case they must be citizens and so the baby is a US citizen even if the baby was born in Israel. Otherwise she would have written, "how can I register my baby for Jersey Care". Of course I could have assumed incorrectly, which is why I suggest she call Jersey Care directly to get the correct answer to her question.
