I've been given gifts of non kosher food items/wine many times, and have never taken offense. I always appreciate the thought, and don't expect others to understand all the nuances of my restrictions.
I expect your new neighbors may be the same. They will appreciate your gratitude and your friendship, and will discard any products they can't actually use.
That said, flowers maybe? Or a Starbucks gift card?
