I can't call my mil now for her recipe so if someone can help
I have 2lb white fish and they gave me the onion too if needed.
I want to boil 1 lb and fry the other.

pepper to your liking, ground onion to your liking, seltzer optional
mix with dough hook for a looong time for good consistency, 15-20 minutes like challah dough
freeze loaves before cooking
