Lands end has a beautiful duvet cover

It only comes in Full/Queen or king, but will be great for a 48 in bed. Match it with these sheets in Full.

There's 40% on home items though they don't seem to tell me when it expires.

Besides, only the primary Amazon Prime member gets Amazon Mom benefits. Other members only get 5% off on diapers, unless they pay an additional $99 for Amazon Mom.

A full size fitted sheet is a little bit large but works pretty well. You can do a twin duvet or duvet cover, but it doesn't quite hang down and cover the whole side of the mattress. I like full/queen better.
