I think I'm going to choose kaiser for the main health plan.
The options for dental are:
Access dental
Liberty dental plan of ca
Health net
Regular medi-cal
Does anybody know what are the differences and what is best?

Find a dentist you would like b to use that accepts medi-cal and ask them which one you should sign up to.
