Where is a good place to buy bedsheets online? I am looking for basic, cotton, twin size sheets. I really just need the fitted sheet, but will buy a set if that's what is available. Although I have no use for flat sheets. Not white, not beige, not very dark colors.
and low cost. I can't afford a high price tag.

I've bought fitted sheets (not as part of a set) from Ikea, but I don't believe they sell them online.
Your best bet is probably Amazon -- they have lots of options, including some hotel linen suppliers. If you only need the fitted sheet, the price difference makes it worth it to track down a company that will sell individual linens.

Target has on-line.
Walmart has with polyester - in stores you can get different types.

get only 100% cotton or they will pilt and make you feel like you're sleeping in a nylon duffel bag
marshall's/tj maxx always has bedsheets ... for great prices - just stick with the good brands
