There's a zero calorie coconut sugar on the market for pesach this year. I look forward to trying it. It measures cup for cup.

brachs in the 5 tows/far rockaway has sugar free that you wont believe I need things like that for pesach

There is special kosher for Passover splenda and sweet n low. Also a heimish brand called sweetie.
Quinoa flour and coconut flour are better options than potato starch.
Try your regular pesach recipes with replacements.

Quiona is high in carbs and coconut high in sugar ....both not good for diabetics
