There's a zero calorie coconut sugar on the market for pesach this year. I look forward to trying it. It measures cup for cup.

brachs in the 5 tows/far rockaway has sugar free that you wont believe I need things like that for pesach

Quiona is high in carbs and coconut high in sugar ....both not good for diabetics

I thought diabetics count their carbs. Potatoes are not good either but they are not avoided entirely, just counted.

Which flour would you recommend?
