Are there any recipes for cakes using only ground nuts, cocoa powder, potato starch and oil? I also have baking soda for Pesach.
I really wanted to bake this year, but these are all the ingredients I could find in the stores.
Btw, we don't eat Mazza Ashira, so no Mazza flour for baking.
Any ideas?
Thanks so much!

I posted a nut cake recipe last night that should work for you. As I said in my post, you can either skip the 3 T matza meal altogether, or replace with a little potato starch.
You can make wonderful brownies. KBD has a recipe that is oil, sugar, potato starch, cocoa powder, and eggs. Easy and yummy.
I think there are several other chocolate cake recipes posted on this site that would work.
If you can get brown sugar and maybe cinnamon, you can do a non gebrochts coffee cake with crumb topping. If you need any of these recipes, post what you want.

I saw your nut cake recipe imasinger. will definetly try it. thanks.
the kbd brownie recipe sounds good, can you post it?
I will try to find more recipes on this site, I am just a bit feared that they might be too crumbly.

look up bashindas chocolate torte on this site. Its a very easy, rich, fudgy chocolate cake/pie. My husband loves it. (we don't use some of the ingredients on pesach but I make it during the year)
Also, you can make lemon meringue pie. Not a cake but still good. You will need some plain cake or cake crumbs for the base.

I'll share my mom's most amazing brownie cake that tastes almost chametzdig!
9 eggs, separated
2 cups sugar (divided for snow, I use only 1 3/4 cup)
Beat whites with 1/2 of sugar until stiff.
Then, in separate bowl, beat yolks with rest of sugar. Then add 3/4 cup oil, 2 T cocoa, 3/4 cup potato starch. Mix.
Fold yolk mixture into snow and pour into 9x13 pan. Bake on 350 for 1 hr.
I sometimes pour batter into lined muffin pans for yummy cupcakes!

Fudgy Brownies
From: Passover by Design
4 lg. eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
½ tsp. salt
3/4 cup cocoa
1 cup potato starch
½ cup chocolate chips (optional)
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 11x7” pan with cooking spray.
In mixer beat eggs and sugar until smooth. Add oil and salt. Sprinkle in cocoa and mix. Add potato starch and mix to combine. Scrape down sides with spatula. Add chocolate chips if using.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
These are the best brownies I've ever tasted for Pesach.
