Can delmonico steak/rib eye roast be frozen AFTER cooking?

I want to precook most of my yom tov.

Do these cuts freeze well after cooking?

Any good recipe suggestions?

yes but make sure you freeze in a sauce... I like delmonico broiled in olive oil and spices
