My non frum boss asked me to buy him shmura matzah because he is trying to eat only kosher l'pesach.
We only eat one kind which we have been doing for over 35 years so I don't know about other kinds.
So which is a good semi thin not thick one that I could buy for him.
Thanks

I think of people like Pupa, but it's not my favorite.
I think that Kirerstirer matzos are pretty good.

I find the whole wheat shatzer to be most tasty. Whole wheat only.

Agreed -- that is what we use too. We used to use the regular one, but switched to WW a few years ago and it is great.

It's amazing how much taste/texture variation there is in a recipe that's simply flour + water.

The chareidim are the thinnest as far as I know. They are my favorite.

I will add that Shotzer is not the thinnest; there are definitely ones that are thinner, but IMO, it tastes better than the thinner ones. The thinner ones that I've tasted are very cardboard-like tasting and often too burnt.

it depends who bakes them ... another vote for only whole wheat & the shatzer or pupa matzos have been comparable in my book
