Oh, I thought this would be a thread for your favorite Pesach cookies. I have two amazing recipes (chocolate chip and chocolate chip biscotti) that completely taste like regular chometz, only they're gebrokts. If anyone wants to start that thread I'll go find my recipes to post.

Wow, just made these. Delicious and so so easy to make. Thank you so much for sharing the recipe!

I might add some melted chocolate to make the presentation nicer...if I have time.

you can buy chopped nuts. I've added some chopped nuts to the mixture but not all. I think it would be hard to eat that way.

I use 2 cups ground almonds (cheaper than ground nuts) with 1 cup coconut. Amazing!

Does anyone know if I can put almonds or hazelnuts through the kitchenaid food grinder? I think it should, but I am afraid it might make almond/hazelnut butter instead of ground nuts. Smile

Thanks!

We did this wonderful recipe by putting nuts, coconut, and dried fruit, into the processor, first.

And we did not use sugar or sweeteners!

The best cookies, ever!!

Pulse it in the food processor to avoid a paste.
