New hit: banana chips! Heat oil in frying pan, slice 2 bananas, drop in single layer. Fry for few minutes, flip and remove when color is golden. separate in single layer to cool so it doesn't stick together
Miss: DH is lately allergic to fruits and nuts so have lots of leftover expensive fruits and nuts, both whole and ground (Bh he doesn't have scary reactions, but is all itchy when eating any fruit of nut)...interesting that when he ate the banana raw he was all itchy, but the chips were ok...
