I put in short-term rentals, Jerusalem, 3.5-4.5 rooms (room count generally includes living room + bedrooms, 1/2 room is likely a very small bedroom)

Rented from them several times very happy with them. They also include everything in their first prices. There was no add ons For example extra for cleaning after you leave extra for parking etc.

always apts advertised on sorotzkin/romema/malot dafna.....can get pretty cheap in those neighborhoods. rechavia probably double the $
