What's something I can make for weeknight dinner guests-something impressive that's not shabbos food.
I've done stuff like sesame chicken, chicken kabobs, etc and I'm looking for other stuff that type.

Stir fry
Shnitzel sandwiches- make grilled and breaded options and serve with sliced veggies and rolls
Fajitas
For meat options, you can do tacos, burgers, meatloaf, meatballs and spaghetti....

I would do Mexican, either enchiladas or burritos. Or chicken Caesar salad and a pesto or marina pasta and minestrone soup or roasted vegetables

If you eat fish, Salmon kebabs are great!
Cube the salmon, colored peppers, tomatoes and red onion, marinate with wtvr type of seasoning you like. Place on skewers and cook/broil.
Serve with soup, salad, and garlic bread. Yum!
