I'm looking for some easy yummy dairy ideas to add to the milchig seudah I am making.
I am doing bagels lox and cream cheese.

what else can I make to add to the seudah?
we normallly don't do a complete milchig seudah but decided to try it this year.
I'm looking for easy ideas as I don't have a lot of time.
I might to blintzes if I have time.

onion soup. very filling and really simple. you dont have to make it with the bread, as most recipes call for. u can add shredded mozerella cheese to each bowl as you serve. its rly good and elegant.

Blintz Loaf

Source: Batter – Spice and Spirit, Filling – Sara Dina K.
Tastes like blintzes with none of the hassle. Freezes wonderfully –I double and cook one only halfway, freeze, and finish the cooking after I defrost it. Goes great with carrots.

Batter:
1 ¼ flour
3 T. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
¾ c. milk
½ c. oil
2 eggs
Mix. Pour half into a round 9 inch pan or a loaf pan.

Filling:
10 oz (250 g.) cottage cheese (3% is fine)
10 oz. (250 g.) sour cream (can use g’vina levana in Israel)
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 T. lemon juice
Mix. Pour slowly over batter. Add some milk to remaining batter (to thin) and pour over filling. Bake at 350 for 50 – 60 minutes.

I know it's a bit late, but here it is:
750 gr white cheese, 9%
250 gr gvinat tzon
2 cups sour cream
5 tbsp onion soup powder
3 eggs

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Mix everything well.
Pour into a greased tin.
Bake for 40 minutes, until golden.

Even though the batter tasted great, this pashtida came out way too salty.

If serving for dinner, what do you serve this with?
