Is there a specific way to fold bandannas so they won't crease and will keep the shape in tact?
I wouldn't mind hanging them in a closet if I'd know where to find proper hangers with multiple hooks or clips. Is there such a thing?
Any other ideas welcome.
TIA

There are scarf hangers (basically a filled in hanger with holes) - try Ikea or Amazon.
The Wrapunzel blog also has a bunch of storage ideas.

OP here, Thanks all for responding. It's being appreciated allot.
Anonymom, I love the idea of the product you posted. Thank you
If I could only find this same idea in a single row version it would save me lots of closet space.
If not, I'll go ahead and order the one you posted and find (or build...) the right spot to hang it on.

And I was picturing two cowboys dueling ;-)
Mine are mostly lycra, not cotton so I can stuff them in a basket/drawer.

two ideas that I've used in the past:
a tie hanger for thinner scarves (similar to http://www.amazon.com/Tie-Scar.....anger) ,
and a cork-board nailed to the inside of my wardrobe door with little hooks for pretieds and snoods.

Thanks again Anonymom.
You've been very helpful. I will belee neder choose between this one and the one you posted previously.
Thanks to all who linked me to the scarves & necktie holders. Those loops are way too big for my bandanna's that are actually 'pre-tieds'...

this is the one I use, after 30 years of attempting to organize these creatures- and I really feel they are alive
the clip system doesn't work for me, since my scarves are rather large and can be heavy too.
they slip, slither and sometimes just refuse to cooperate.
if you fold them lengthwise neatly before sliding them in, then they will be visible and crease-less
I, am not known for my neat-ness, am just happy to have them easily accessible, easily put away, in variegating shades
then, all the "accoutrements"- the lace ribbons, flower clips, etc I have in the ikea drawer dividers- again according to color.
by the way, I change over the scarves bt winter (heavier, some with wool content) and the summer ones.
enjoy whatever method you use, and be proud of your accomplishment!
