Could you guys post the recipes to your non mayo recipes? They sound good.
I make dips with earth balance vegan mayo. Can't tell the difference. Olive dip, artichoke dip, Caesar dressing etc yum

You can make an eggplant dip with techina instead of mayo. It's yum! Dairy recipes could be made with yogurt.

Pierce and wrap eggplant in foil, wrap head of garlic, place both in pan and roast. Scoop out eggplant, squeeze out garlic, blend and season with salt and pepper.

For a creamy base to your dips, substitute yogurt, soy yogurt, Tofutti Better than Sour Cream, or plain dairy sour cream.
Nayonaise Vegan mayo is very tasty, but expensive.

You can make the others scd too, Humus would have to be with white beans instead of chickpeas.
