Love our ergo 360! Use out every day (take baby on subway to daycare) and it's very comfortable

I'm not familiar with the JJ Cole ones but just from looking they don't look especially supportive. That's the main thing to look for - supportive to the wearer and to the baby. Beco makes some great carriers, Lillebaby is known for having a very supportive shape. If you're looking to go cheaper Infantino has some good options and some less-great ones, if you know what you're looking for you can get one of their better ones, they are much cheaper than the better brands and probably not quite the same quality and style but will work if you need something on a budget.
