I made an Apple crisp with too much of the topping and too few apples. I would like to add a topping to make it more moist and flavorful. The ingredients I have are coffee rich (don't know how to use it), confectioners sugar, and instant pudding mix. Anything?

Why don't you just serve it with vanilla ice cream (Pareve if necessary)?

That's a good idea, but I won't be able to buy before I need to serve it.
Can I make ice cream with what I have? Someone gave me the coffee rich before Pesach and I don't know what to use it for. I know I can use it as heavy cream, but never used that either. 
I usually use rich's whip for ice cream.
Coffee Rich? Thanks!

I thought you said you had rich's whip, not coffee rich. I actually use the 2 together with vanilla pudding to make ice cream. Hmmmm
