Which book or article gives the best advice for dealing with young teen Chutzpah (in a relatively spoiled child, so please don't give me Brezak's advice to melt them down with warmth)?

Where do you learn how best to respond to Chutzpahdik comments?

Have any other mothers gotten good advice for this problem?
