Does anyone know anything about Twin Rivers, NJ? how large is the community, is it mostly young families, etc.

Different amother here. I attended the OU Community Fair in NYC Sunday. There were representatives from Twin Rivers there (very nice, friendly, informative I'd like to add). If you check out the OU website, you should be able to get info as a starting point.
