How long did they last, on the average and did they look as good as regular stockings?

Why don't you try them for yourself? As I said, I'm wearing support hose for years now.

How do they compare in look and feel to Berkshire or other popular hosiery brands?

Well its put away the tights- start buying pantyhose season.

Im still wearing Berkshire 4428 even though I rip them quickly because the Control Top is really good (it controls well). Is there something close with equally good "control" quality to the Berkshire 4428, thats a little cheaper?

Anything new since 2009?

TIA

By pantyhose, do you mean sheer skin colored tights?

Now that it is stocking season again I'm going through them faster then I ever remember.
I also where Berkshire, not sure of the number. I try to only wear 30 denier minimum. There was another company (meimeo maybe??) that was cheaper but they didn't fit me well at the crotch at all. I'd love another alternative.

I never go below 40 denier and never have a problem..

Personally, I never understood what the point of 12 denier was. They should invent a spray that you just spray on and it looks like ultra-sheer hose LOL

I like leggs brand. I found they were ripping too easily and switched to one size up. much better! it's funny, cause I used to be 2 dress sizes bigger and fit into smaller pantihose. I suspect their standards have changed over the years.

L'eggs Sheer Energy and Active Support work very well for me.

There is a new brand out, I have to get the name, that is supposed to be very good. Comes in 12 and 30 denier, nude and honey...will find out soon.

Which brand is that? Are they lasting longer than other pantyhose? Thanks.
