when you look on the package you'll see that one has more fat on the meat.
that's great for a soft meat and a tasty chulent,
I prefer to buy the one with more meat and less fat because I don't want
to pay so much for all that fat!

I never had goulash but I didnt like basar lichamin. It was very stringy and tough.
We get 8 usually but had tzavar over pesach and it was amazing so we might be converting Smile.
