I live in America and would love to come to Israel around Thanksgiving time. What I really want to do while there would be some type of program where I am mentoring or learning with baalei teshuva part of the day and touring for part of the day. I only have 1 week to do this. Any suggestions of programs that I should look into? I am yeshivish, a professional in my mid 30's.

I never heard of any such program for women. Ohr Someach has a mentoring program where professional men from U. S. spend a week in Israel learning and touring with college students who spend time in their yeshiva. Maybe you can contact someone from Neve Yerushalayim(for example, Rabbi Eliezer Liff, head of Mechina) to see if they could possibly arrange any type of program like this.
