What else can I put in sauce? Have marinara sauce, not tomato ot cranberry sauce....

Marinara sauce is basically meatless spaghetti sauce so you really don't need to add anything. After sautéing or baking the meatballs, just drop them in the sauce to simmer for awhile.
Maybe I'm not understanding your question.

You can leave it as is. Or add a bit of extra sugar and garlic or whatever seasonings you feel the marinara needs. Taste as you go.
I would add a splash or red wine vinegar, garlic, salt and some sliced mushrooms and keep it savory.

Thanks so much! Wasn't sure how just marinara would taste because I usually do tomato sauce and cranberry sauce to be sweet and sour. Don't mind it savory tho so will try plain marinara. Thanks again!

I use plain not sweet marinara all the time. I add fresh garlic and maybe some italian spices. It is always a hit. Meatballs do not need to be sweet.
