I have one case with 10 hours and I worked with this child one hour in the morning then I did a different case then continued with this case. My question is when billing do I write the time of the session as 10:00- 2:30 or 10:00-11:00 and then 1:00- 2:30. In addition what is the payment for a group of two per hour.

Not sure how it works with splitting up the hour, but when you input the kids into the system and bill per kid per hour it automatically calculates the rate per hour. 2 years ago when I did it, 2 kids was 1.5 the rate per hour.
