I am finally going thru everything left in my freezer from Pesach. I found four lbs. of Canadian Wild Whitefish fillets. Recipes, please. I don't mind sweet and sour, or with a tomato sauce, or even fried, any recipe ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
