Can I freeze meringue shells? If not, how long will it stay fresh in a container?

You can't freeze but they should stay good in an airtight container stored in a cool, dry place for a week.
Moisture and humidity are what you want to avoid.

I read online that they freeze very well, but my meringues get eaten too quickly to try.
