Is there such a thing of a kosher gym? One that has women's hours? I really want to be able to go to a gym that has a good atmosphere.

I go to all women's gym Sedona on Coney Island and ave v. LOVE IT! It's new so it's much cleaner and less crowded than Lucile Roberts. And the classes are good

Can you use gym equipment or is there just classes?

Yes of course. The classes are only 9:30-10:30 am and 7-9 pm. The rest of the day if u go or even during those times if u don't want classes u can do machines. They also have personal trainers, tanning and sauna. And nice showers

Sorry I didn't answer before. U should just go and figure out cuz there are a billion ways to fix ur personalized package and the prices vary that way. (Contract, no contract, 1-2 years?, classes, tanning, sauna, personal trainer, monthly, etc)
