I know that cheesecake made with cream cheese freezes well has anyone frozen farmer cheese cheesecake?

I've never had a problem freezing anything made with farmers cheese, blintz, cheese cakes or lasagna.

Absolutely.
If you want it real fresh, freeze raw and bake when ready to serve.

I always freeze cheesecakes when baked. I like to rebake it for 10 minutes once it's defrosted for a fresh crisp
