Do you add cocoa to your hot coffee? I just have baking cocoa at home, and it doesn't dissolve well. Does it have to be premixed with sugar (which I am trying to avoid) or am I just using too much?
TIA

Sometimes I'll add like 1/2 teaspoon cocoa to one shot of nespresso. Mix it well before you add the milk. I do find that it still leaves a residue at the bottom of the cup.
ETS- use a high quality cocoa like Dutch.

probably using too much. The water should be very hot and you do have to mix well. cocoa disperses but does not dissolve, so if you let the coffee stand, cocoa solids will sink to the bottom. You can also do things the harder way, which is mix the cocoa with a small volume of boiling water and stir like mad till the cocoa powder is fully wetted and smooth, then add that to your coffee.
