anyone have a good recipe that doesnt have rice? and not the kishka patrami kind, something with mushrooms would be good...

You can saute a chopped onion, add a crushed garlic clove and sliced mushrooms until done. Season with salt and pepper to taste and add in a tablespoon of corn starch and an egg to lightly bind it together to use as stuffing.

I bake a butternut squash for about an hour. Saute an onion with some garlic. Combine with mashed butternut squash, salt, and pepper. Stuff into capons. Brush with duck sauce. Roast uncovered.
