What's a quiet neighborhood - accessible via public transportation?
I checked out Georgetown and it seemed quiet 'n peaceful, and I'm wondering what other neighborhoods offer this?

Mill Basin and Bergen Beach are also very quiet, nice houses and many israelis and synagogues.

I live in Staten Island and love it. The problem there is not much choice in terms of schools and kosher food, but Brooklyn is close by.
