As it's on motzei shabbos I was thinking of doing a cold, refreshing starter. Fruit, something like that... pareve or dairy.
Not fish, as I'm doing that for main course.
Any ideas?

A jar of Barilla marinara sauce, but by half with water, with, say, rinsed cans of beans and a hardboiled egg, sliced, sitting in the middle, and sharp seasoning such as hot sauce, served with two ice cubes in each bowl, will make gazpacho. Celery, olives, peeled cucumber, garlic, can all inhabit gazpacho. A slice of lemon too perhaps. A tablespoon of olive oil will give more food value and smoothness, maybe.
I would boil it to clean it, then cool it.
Have the hot sauce bottle on the table.
Some paprika and black pepper on the eggs make the look. Food needs makeup too.
That starts to be solid food, with the beans and eggs.
