Simple question here... Tonight is tosh chodesh. Can music be played even though it is technically still sefirah?

and so is shloshes yemei hagbala part of sefira but your allowed to hear music. so there is no question.

We've been listening to music since Lag Baomer. If You're Lubavitch, then you wait till three days before Shavuos.
