I want to make brown rice with craisins or sauteed peppers.
How do I freeze and reheat that it tastes best??

I never freeze rice and I don't advise it.

The only rice you can freeze properly is Uncle Ben's long grain white rice because each grain cooks separately beautifully. Cook rice and freeze plain. Freeze (undercooked) sautéed veggies separately. Reheat rice tightly covered until steaming hot in order for it to taste good reheated, add veggies only until hot, then serve.
I thought I would be able to freeze wild rice but it flopped because it contains short grain rice in it as well and the grains stick together.
