Okay, I have not been to a wedding in NY in a very, very long time. I have no idea what people are wearing, and I don't want to stick out like the "country mouse/bumpkin" that I am.
The families are yeshivish-- , if it makes a difference.
I have a very long black skirt that's pretty dressy (chiffon/satin). I need shoes (very, very low heels) and a top.
Would either of these tops be appropriate?
Other suggestions are welcome.

and also people only wear long skirts if they are very close to the family (which I assume you are). otherwise everyone wears regular below the knee skirts
