Replacing stroller confused what I should buy

My baby (unless G-d decides differently she is my last) is 1.

I had a city select with the bassinet. I loved it. It was in my trunk. I was in a car accident and my trunk is totaled so the stroller is being replaced. I'm getting the money for the stroller which means can buy whatever I want.
I do own an umbrella stroller but I hate it, it functions well, I've traveled with it, and it's on its 4th child.

The city select was great for an infant but now that she is 1 I don't necessarily need it. Below are the features that it has that I like for the stage of baby I'm at.

I have also always liked the G-luxe stroller. But my hesitation to buy it is that I'll be buying an umbrella stroller when I already have one.

Pros - city select
Felt like I was pushing a well made machine, you never felt like you were physically doing the pushing.
The basket is huge.
Food tray
The high and low settings (I stopped using the rear facing)
Large hood
Good recline

Cons - city select
Huge - weighs a lot, I think this was the 5th time it was in my car
I no longer need infant features
When reclining the top of the seat would get caught on the parent console

What do I buy, I can spend the $500 I'll be getting but I also feel like I maybe should be spending $250 and pocketing the rest

so I made a choice.

I went with the new citi mini zip.

The truth is I dont need a full stroller, I was never a fan of the citi mini but this is different
the things I didnt like about the citi mini are different in the zip (material, foot area, etc)

I also realized I needed a single bar and I didnt want anything weighing more than 20lbs
