I am nursing so don't want to take meds, but going crazy from itchy eyes, dripping nose and itchy throat.
Any ideas?

I am giving this forum a BUMP, as now is the season were I suffer from it.

Have you been diagnosed? Rhinitis is not always triggered by allergies. For grass and flower pollen seasonal allergies I use local unprocessed honey, about a teaspoon in the mornings or as needed. Research shows that local honey helps you desensitize to pollens. That helps a bit for me in the early stages and helps me delay (not eliminate) medicating.

I was found positive for Flower Pollen and dust
This time of the year here in EY and Pesach time are the worst, and medications make me tired and drowsy
