I personally like "Shalom Bayis with a twist of humor" by Joe Bobker http://www.amazon.com/Shalom-B.....94551

It's broken up into different broad chapters. Filled with jokes and then some srs words from ppl of respect.

Garden of peace for men
And
Womens wisdom for women
If you can read Garden of Emmuna first
Or go to Breslev.co.il and listen to Rabbi Reuven Levy.
He goes through the Garden of Emmuna page by page.
Life Changing.
I'll try to post a link to the lectures.

This is not a Jewish one but I love 'Hold Me Tight' by Sue Johnson. It's therapy in a book. It's great. Recommended to us by a therapist actually.

Second vote for "Garden of Peace" and "Womens Wisdom"
They were SO helpful for us.

Garden of Peace is excellent for men. (if they agree) My husband hands it out to several people who claim it has changed their lives.
The Surrendered Wife by Laura Doyle is excellent for women. Especially the first half of the book. It is not a Jewish source, but I think recommended by some Kallah teachers. It is not about sacrificing yourself, despite its title, but how to reframe your mindset and life in every way.
