Yes. I find just writing down everything you put in your mouth is a tremendous help and helps you think first. (Never mind, I see you said you were on it)
When I turned 30 I started having a much harder time just dropping pounds while dieting.

Try adding a handful of nuts (healthy fat) a day and see if that helps
