Dh has extreme, intense pain between his shoulder blades. he says he can pinpoint specific spot but the pain also radiates down both his arms till his fingertips as if he's getting electric shocks. he can't lie down as the pain is excruciating. hasn't slept in 5 nights. I'm thinking it may be a pinched nerve. can my general dr. help him? what can I do for pain relief?

She has this. His doctor gave him a shot to release the muscles and some relaxing pills I forgot which ones. He told him it is from stress.

When did the pain begin? Has he had any imaging?
My husband was a patient of Dr. Sarno at NYU. He was cured from terrible backpain. If you are in Brooklyn, Rabbi Katz teaches his method. You can PM me for more info.

Dr. Shulkin on 51st St. bet. 15th and 16th Ave. in Boro Park has helped people immensely. I know someone who didn't need back surgery after using them

I know someone who conciously relaxed himself, took calm baths, went for walks and made sure not to stress about anything for a few days, and his back pain went away. he realized that he went through something stressful...
