ds is making a siyum on mesechet ketubot. Need some creative ideas on the menu. Last siyum we made we did was on Beitzah and of course we made a birds nest with those chocolate almonds that were blue. it was really cute- any ideas for this??

No ideas for you, sorry. But you did give me an idea to tie the siyum food around the learning! My oldest son (9 yr old) just started to learn mishnayos on his own.(in Cheder he already learns gemura, we recently bought him a whole set of mishnayos with Yiddish translation and he burich hashem made 2 siyumim in the last few weeks) I'll be very interested to hear what other.ppl do, besides for his chosen menu and cake and Chocolate for dessert...

Since I have never learned ketubos I gonna assume it mainly talks about wedding - marriage licenses.
Can you make wedding themed cookies. Rings? Wedding cakes etc? Can you make something actually representing a kesuba like parchment. Maybe a roll cake of just fruit roll ups if u just want Nosh for kids??
