Do you have dark ground turkey? Rachael Ray has a good Caesar turkey burger recipe that works in the oven if you use moist dark ground turkey.

For the burgers use dark ground turkey, finely chopped garlic, salt and pepper, Worcestershire sauce (can use soy sauce for this If out of Worcestershire), dried parsley and fresh lemon zest.
Make sure to dress the lettuce as directed and layer with the tomatoes on toasted buns.
