Seeking babysitter

I would like to put my twin toddlers into preschool next September. Looking for a frum college age girl (or any age, so long as the person has energy and interacts with the kids) to pick up kids at 2:30 and spend a few hours with them. I also have 2 school age children who need to be picked up fromthe bus (right across the St.) at 3:40 and 4:30. We live in the Lower East Side. If you know of any girls in school in the morning and want a part time job in the afternoon, please contact me!

The hours may range, either between 2 hours or more, depending on how long she can stay. We can work out the details.

If the girl is available over this summer as well, I'd hire her now so the twins can start getting used to her (plus I will need help July and August).

also, what rate do you think I should be offering for this type of job? (I'm not swimming in money).
